Our Story
More Zen, Less Chaos: Why I Started This.
I remember sitting on the kitchen floor while the house was finally quiet, feeling that specific kind of exhaustion that goes deeper than just being tired. As a single parent, my days were a blur of meetings, school runs, emotional heavy lifting, and the endless, silent pressure to hold everything together. I felt like I was drowning in the noise—and I knew I wasn't the only one.
There were so many days when I just needed five minutes to breathe. But everything I looked for online felt like another item on my 'to-do' list. I didn't need more 'self-care' advice that felt like work; I needed small, gentle rituals that could help me ground myself when the chaos felt loudest.
I started More Zen, Less Chaos because I realized that motherhood doesn’t have to be a race to the finish line. We deserve to find peace in the everyday, even if it’s just for a few stolen minutes.
This store isn't just a collection of products. It’s my invitation to you to set down the weight you’ve been carrying. Every item you find here is something that helped me find my way back to myself. My hope is that they do the same for you—helping you clear the noise, breathe a little easier, and remember that even in the middle of a beautiful, messy life, you deserve a sanctuary.
When we talk about rituals here, we don't mean adding more tasks to your already overflowing calendar. We mean the small, intentional acts that help you exhale: the five-minute morning coffee ritual that is just for you; the evening wind-down routine that signals to your body it’s time to rest; or the intentional choice to clear the clutter from your workspace before you sit down to work.
These are the building blocks of a calmer life.
My mission is to provide you with the tools—both physical and mindful—to weave these tiny pockets of peace into the fabric of your day, no matter how chaotic it feels.
With love, light and stillness
Teresa
