This ensures we can get your sanctuary tools to you as efficiently as possible. Don't worry—if your order is incomplete, the rest of your items are on their way.

We aim to process orders quickly to get them to your sanctuary sooner. If you need to make a change or cancel, please email morezenlesschaos@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfilment process, we will always do our best to assist you.

Please contact us at morezenlesschaos@gmail.com before sending anything back. Because we work with various fulfilment partners, the correct return address depends on your specific item. We will provide you with the correct address and packaging instructions once your request is approved. Please do not send items to our Manchester business address or the return address on the parcel, as this may delay your refund.

We offer free standard shipping on all original UK orders. For "change-of-mind" returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. However, if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course arrange for the return at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected at the approved warehouse, we process refunds within 14 days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for your bank to reflect the transaction.
