This ensures we can get your sanctuary tools to you as efficiently as possible. Don't worry—if your order is incomplete, the rest of your items are on their way.

Please contact us at hello@morezenlesschaos.com before sending anything back. Because we work with various fulfilment partners, the correct return address depends on your specific item. We will provide you with the correct address and packaging instructions once your request is approved. Please do not send items to our Manchester business address or the return address on the parcel, as this may delay your refund.

Who covers the cost of return postage?

We offer free standard shipping on all original UK orders. For "change-of-mind" returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. However, if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course arrange for the return at no cost to you.
