1. Hold Cup the massager in your palm, or fasten it on with the strap — whichever lets your shoulders drop. The contact rings should rest against your skin.

2. Switch on Press and hold the power button to wake it, then a short press to choose your mode — Sleep for winding down, or "Excited" if your hands ache from the day.

3. Find your level Start low with the + and – buttons and let the soft pulses build slowly. Twenty levels for this white version (fifteen on the black, green and alternate white versions) means there's a gentle setting for every kind of night — barely-there is often plenty.

4. Drift Let it work while you close your eyes, breathe slowly, and put the day down. After 45 minutes it switches itself off quietly — you don't need to remember a thing.

Caring for Your Massager

• Wipe clean — the outside can be cleaned with alcohol or a diluted gentle detergent on a cloth. Keep water and wet hands away from it.

• Charge thoughtfully — about 1.5 hours to full, then unplug. Don't leave it charging overnight; overcharging shortens the battery's life.

• Store it rested — keep it in a dry place at room temperature, ideally in its storage box, especially if it'll sit unused for a while.

• Let it rest before long breaks — if you're putting it away for an extended time, give it a wipe and tuck it into its box.

• How does it actually help me fall asleep? 

It uses gentle microcurrent pulses — a soft, rhythmic sensation you feel in your palm or wrist. For many people, that gives a restless mind something quiet to focus on instead of the day's noise, easing tension and inviting sleep to take over naturally.

• Will it turn off on its own if I fall asleep? 

Yes. After 45 minutes of use with no buttons pressed, it switches itself off automatically — so you can close your eyes and let go without wondering about it. A quick press and hold of the power button turns it off sooner, if you ever want to.

• What's the difference between the colours? 

This white version offers 20 intensity levels, while the alternate white, black and green versions offer 15.

Everything else — the two modes, the display, the strap, and the battery — is the same across all three. Fifteen levels still ranges from barely-there to deeply soothing.

• How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it? 

A full charge takes about 1.5 hours and gives you around 3 hours of use — that's several nights of wind-down. Charge it with the included USB cable from any standard 5V/1A plug or port, and unplug it once it's done to keep the battery healthy.

• Can I wear it on my wrist instead of holding it? 

Yes — it comes with a wrist strap, so you can fasten it on and go hands-free, or simply hold it in your palm. Both work equally well; it's whatever feels most comfortable for your wind-down.
